In 2016 Keating Home Builders purchased 39922 Bloomfield Road in Burlington, Wisconsin - affectionately referred to as "The Barn". Keith and Kevin chose this site for its central location in the Southeastern lakes community and the opportunity to transform an early 1900s barn into a spacious office complex for several businesses (currently home to Keating Real Estate, Keating Home Builders, Keating Law & Wisconsin-Illinois Title & Powers Lake U.S. Post Office).

While maintaining the integrity and rustic appeal of the original structure, the modernized interior also serves as a showroom of design ideas, lighting fixtures, beautiful flooring, tilework and state of the art electronic and security systems.
